The first time I saw Amanda was actually at the Circa night club in Toronto. She was running around the club butt naked with plenty of young heterosexual men following her everywhere to every different room. I found it very amusing for the fact that these young men had no idea that this women that they were chasing after was not a women at all but a transsexual being. Finally one guy breaks out and the realization hits him that Amanda was not the "women" he thought she was. He yelled out in surprise "OOH!" with his hand covering his open mouth. He pushes his friends back preventing them to move forward on the chase. I was astounded by how quickly these men changed from drooling head over heels to expressions of shock and disgust. I for one was amazed at Amanda's appearance. In person she looked only 25 to her late twenties but apparently I was told she's well over 40.
For those of you who don't know who Amanda Lapore is, she's a transsexual icon and New Yorker whose also a model, performer and hostess in the LGQTB community.
