At one point or another we've all accused our boy/girl friend of cheating, or the other way around where we've been accused of it. But what do you do when the person accusing you of cheating is not your partner but a third party on the outside? This is a sticky situation! If you ARE cheating...you've been caught! Really, why bother coming up with some lame excuse to cover it up when you know you're guilty. BUT what if you're not cheating on your partner and you're innocent? Why would someone spread such a rumor? Here are a few things I've listed on why I believe some people WOULD do such a thing!
1) The person spreading the gossip actually wants to be with your partner
2) The person loves to instigate fights and gets off knowing people are arguing/fighting
3) The person is bored
4) The person mistaken someone else on the street for you
5) The person is holding a grudge against you and is out to get revenge
6) The person actually wants to be with you!
